MEET THE STRATEGIST

The Real Chantelle - Strategy Over Struggle. Always.

I didn’t grow up talking about money. In my household, money was considered grown folk business. You didn’t ask about it, and you definitely didn’t speak on it. I didn’t even realize we were struggling financially until I got to college and had to figure things out on my own.

My mom did what she could. Before I’d head back to campus, she’d stock me up with food from Sam’s Club. So much, I started selling ramen noodles just to get by. That was my intro to hustle. But what I didn’t have was strategy.

Then came credit. I signed up for those campus credit cards, like many of us did. Used them. Maxed them. Ignored them. And when the bills came? I didn’t care. I didn’t understand the value of credit, so I treated it like it didn’t matter.

Even as I got older, had kids, and started making decent money, I still carried that same mindset. I had no cushion, no financial plan, no credit power. I was winging it. Living from tax season to tax season.

One night after a football game in Miami, I accidentally got on the turnpike. When I pulled up to the tollbooth, the agent asked for fifty cents. I didn’t have it. Not two quarters. Not even loose change in the seat. That moment embarrassed me, but more than that, it woke me up.

Years passed, and I kept pushing. I started a business. I was making good money. Six figures during tax season. But by July? I was broke again. Each year I made it a little further, but the cycle was the same.

Then came 2018.

My son got accepted into college, and I had to make a decision. Pay his tuition or pay my car note. I chose him. The car was repossessed. On the phone with the lender, I found out I had been paying on that car for three years and barely touched the principal. My interest rate? Almost 28 percent. My credit score when I got the car? It started with a 4. And I thought I was doing something because I didn’t need a cosigner.

That moment changed everything.

I decided enough was enough.

I stopped teaching what I learned in theory and started teaching what I lived. I committed to building a real financial foundation. Not just for me, but for the people I serve.

Now I help underestimated entrepreneurs do the same.

I show you how to use credit as a wealth tool. I help you reduce your tax liabilities with strategy. I walk with you from confusion to clarity. From ownership to legacy.

Because I’ve been the girl who couldn’t pay fifty cents.
And now I’m the woman who helps you own something.

Why I Do What I Do

I do this because I know what it’s like to make money and still feel broke.

To look successful on the outside but feel stuck on the inside.
To be working hard and still feel like you’re missing something.

I was never taught how to build wealth I had to figure it out the hard way.

No trust funds. No blueprint. Just real life, real struggle, and eventually, real strategy.

Now I help others skip the confusion and start with clarity.

Because credit isn’t just a score.

Taxes aren’t just paperwork.

And money isn’t the problem lack of strategy is.

I do this for the woman who’s tired of hustling backwards.
For the entrepreneur who’s always had the drive but never had the roadmap.

For the mom, the daughter, the first in her family to even think about ownership.

I do this because nobody showed us how and now I do.

What I Do Now

I help underestimated entrepreneurs:

Through 1-on-1 sessions, group programs, and real world education, I show you how to:

  • Use credit as a wealth tool

  • Reduce tax liabilities through strategy

  • Build legacy even if they're the first in their family to try

I don’t do hype. I don’t sell dreams.
I give you the strategy to build what’s already yours.

If you’re ready to stop playing small and finally position yourself to win... I got you.

Because I’ve been the girl who couldn’t pay 50 cents.

And now?
I’m the woman who teaches you how to build wealth through
ownership.
